Leadership & Governance
Operating leadership responsible for where capital is deployed, how projects are delivered, and how assets perform over time.
Bormacc's leadership team is accountable for the decisions that determine investment outcomes. The principals operate as an integrated governance group overseeing capital allocation, project delivery, customer commitments, and long-term operations. Responsibility extends from initial site diligence through construction, customer onboarding, and steady-state performance.
Accountability is structured across capital decisions, execution, and commercialization.
How leadership responsibility is structured
Leadership accountability is organized around the three areas that most directly affect risk and returns.
Capital decisions & development
Choosing where capital is deployed and under what conditions. This includes site selection, underwriting assumptions, entitlement strategy, and confirming that projects have a realistic path to delivery before capital is committed.
Focus: Site feasibility and readiness · Financial discipline and underwriting assumptions · Delivery planning prior to commitment · Long-term operational viability
Build & operating execution
Delivering projects once capital is committed and maintaining reliable operations after delivery. This includes construction coordination, technical delivery, and the controls required to support customers and reporting as the business scales.
Focus: Construction and infrastructure delivery · Operational reliability and uptime · Controls and reporting · Customer deployment support
Commercial execution
Turning delivered projects into durable revenue. This includes partnerships, customer acquisition, contract execution, and ensuring commercial commitments align with delivery timelines and operational capacity.
Focus: Infrastructure and power partnerships · Customer acquisition and contracting · Alignment between sales and delivery · Long-term customer relationships
Executive Team
Our executive team operates as a single decision-making group with ownership over defined responsibility areas.

Aiden Randolph
Founder
Primary responsibility
Capital allocation, site diligence, and delivery standards across Bormacc's infrastructure portfolio.
Aiden is accountable for where Bormacc commits capital and how projects move from diligence to delivery. He leads site evaluation, underwriting discipline, and delivery readiness across the portfolio.
Prior to founding Bormacc, Aiden worked on data and infrastructure projects where success depended on power availability, connectivity, and coordinated delivery across multiple stakeholders. His experience includes evaluating complex sites with long-lead infrastructure dependencies and managing the sequencing required to bring those sites online. At Bormacc, his role is to ensure capital is deployed into projects with clear delivery paths, conservative assumptions, and repeatable standards that support long-term performance.

Todd Stacy
Chief Revenue Officer
Primary responsibility
Enterprise partnerships and revenue execution across customer deployments.
Todd is responsible for building and executing Bormacc's enterprise revenue strategy.
He previously led enterprise commercialization efforts in cloud and AI services, working with large customers under complex procurement, security, and delivery requirements. His experience includes building pipelines, closing long-term contracts, and supporting customers through multi-phase deployments. At Bormacc, he focuses on converting infrastructure delivery into contracted, repeatable revenue while maintaining alignment with operational readiness.

Bradley Knapp
Chief Technology Officer
Primary responsibility
Technology strategy and delivery architecture that makes customer environments deployable and operable at scale.
Bradley leads technology strategy with a focus on standardization, reliability, and repeatable execution across Bormacc's delivery footprint. He is responsible for the architecture and operating patterns that translate real-world site constraints into consistent, production-grade customer environments.
Prior to joining Bormacc, Bradley held senior product leadership roles at IBM, including establishing IBM Cloud for SAP, an enterprise-focused cloud offering requiring disciplined platform design, certified infrastructure combinations, and high operational expectations. At Bormacc, he applies that experience to build systems that support execution rather than experimentation, ensuring deployments remain deterministic as the platform scales across new sites and customer requirements.

Madhu Maganti
Chief Information & Innovation Officer
Primary responsibility
Technology strategy and operational improvement across delivery and customer environments.
Madhu leads technology strategy with a focus on execution, reliability, and scale.
He has previously built and operated enterprise technology systems where consistency, visibility, and automation were required to support large organizations without introducing operational risk. His experience emphasizes practical systems that support execution rather than experimental tooling. At Bormacc, he is responsible for ensuring the operating model remains disciplined and scalable as deployments grow.

Steven Frank
Chief Networking Officer
Primary responsibility
Network infrastructure and customer connectivity across sites.
Steven directs network and connectivity delivery for Bormacc's customer environments.
He has delivered and supported complex network deployments where uptime, security, and integration with customer systems were critical. His experience includes designing and implementing connectivity for enterprise environments with strict operational requirements. At Bormacc, he ensures customers can deploy and operate across sites reliably, with clear integration paths and minimal operational friction.
